The Linguistics Society of Europe, the Faculty of English Language and Literature and the

Postgraduate Programme "English Language, Linguistics and Translation", and the OPORA center organized an event of substantial, scientific support for colleagues from Ukraine. 

The aim was to provide substantial support to colleagues from Ukraine through the development of scientific cooperation.

We believe that this event highlights the solidarity of the University of Athens for colleagues who are being affected by the war in Europe.

The lectures, which took place on the 7th and 9th March 2023, initiated the collaboration between academics of the two countries.
